Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born in the west. He found a children's book about a Tiefling Rogue who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

History: Iados lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Detective they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Knight, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Animal Trainer. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She worked as a nervous Animal Trainer and found it very stressful. After a long history of fighting, Vadania and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and she wants revenge against goblins

Description: This eastern woman is abnormally tall. She wears light armors faded through time and improper care. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her silver hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a cross scrunchie. Her violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. Dara is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Dara was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and wants to raise her children well
