Personality: She hates gnolls. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: She was born in the south. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Althaea alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His dark red hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: Iados hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born into a rich family. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Farmer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Farmer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: A 5'2" eastern man, he is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His silver hair is long and unkept. This blue eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born in the east. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: He wears tan painted combat armor at almost all times. He carries with him a set of nunchakus, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He has shaved his head bald. His fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Oppleby hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He found a children's book about a Gnome Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.

Personality: She is mildly Tabaxi supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.
