History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the south. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

History: She got into the Cartwright business at a young age. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
