Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Chay was born the youngest of three triplets. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists.
