Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Mogg was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Laborer.
