History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the west were limited. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Calcitro grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: She was born in the east. Valida was born on a far eastern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Dilettante. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.
