History: Raer was born the youngest of three triplets. In his youth he was a Marshal, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger sister on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Through the years after Jezebeth was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Jezebeth's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has never given up on her singing dream.
