History: He got into the Farmer business at a young age. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He now owns his own business.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born in the west to a Guard, Shadow learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He has taken up work as a Guard and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.
