History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bookbinder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Her crest, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. Her eyes are gold and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with singing. She constantly tries to fill her life with singing. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Harann was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She dropped out of school to support her sick father, and resented it. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
