History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Chaedi was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Ruler. He became a Ruler soon after.
