History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scimitar.

Description: This southern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She prefers to wear yellow clothing when she does not wear armor. She is bald on top and has large brown tufts of hair around her ears. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. The war was a terrible time for her, and Agnes does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Agnes was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. When Agnes reached her early adolescence her Half-Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle.

Description: She is a woman of bearing and well nourished. She does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. She has shaved her head bald. Her eyes are violet and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 9. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. Elysande abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Half-Elves. His skin is light but he possesses many tan ritualistic tattoos. He wears a worn and beaten armor. His black hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Many drow want him driven away; and he has money and likes to spend it

Voice: Pronounces 'its' and 'is' like 'eats' and 'ease'

Description: This late middle aged man wears a fancy grey suit and is in decent physical shape. He has a long white beard with little hanging trinkets. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.
