Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and wants to work out more often

History: Grigi was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She worked as a nervous Fletcher and found it very stressful. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Description: An older man who typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep grey leather and dull white iron scale mail, he is not a threatening figure. His head has been shaved. His gray eyes peer out from beneath his Stetson grey hat.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gardain does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gardain was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he feels kind of lost in life

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Alain abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and she has passion for adventuring and risk
