She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: Nim was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and doesn't want to be a tailor and was forced into it by her family

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
