Personality: She hates dire rats. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Hatae is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.

Motivation: She wants revenge against dire rats; and a deep hatred of dire rats

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Direcris grew up listening to his father's many stories. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he would like to get married and retire

Description: Her skin is bronze and flawless. She wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat. She is an epitome of beauty. Sporting a blonde mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Her amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She uses divination through singing.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and to end her boredom
