History: Uthemar was born the youngest of three triplets. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Carrie alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was born in the south. Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, goblins burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying south to reunite her family. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins; and many goblins want her driven away
