Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Two Llamas is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Two Llamas was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: She was raised in a island tribe. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
