History: Gifted from a young age, Jade studied abroad. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. After a long history of fighting, Jade and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has never given up on her dancing dream.

History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Dagger has worked very hard to control his curse. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. Jade enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Jade grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She struck the Shepherd job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she desires power and/or immortality
