History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Some 8 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Meriele never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 77. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Ielenia is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Her first spouse was a Shoemaker, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Shoemaker. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
