Description: A middle-aged woman, she very much looks the part of a Soapmaker, and is pretty ugly. Her long white hair reaches down to her waist. This gray eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Soapmaker business.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has worked as a Soapmaker like her father before her.

Motivation: To be a Locksmith again; and further expansion of business

Description: A pudgy man standing about 4'10" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears tattered old clothes. His blonde hair is knotted and matted. He has several tiny topaz earrings on each ear.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and money/treasure

Description: A moderately attractive woman, she wears a robe, a symbol of her god around her neck, and a lance on her belt. She wears her blonde hair up. She is baby faced.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Liftrasa was born with her father's beautiful face. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Liftrasa fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His auburn hair is singed and shortened. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He's also a talented Spice Merchant, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to be a spice merchant again

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Lorm was born the youngest of three triplets. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Bellfounder and was forced into it by his family; and an old rival family wants him found
