History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Williamina grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Williamina. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Her divine abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
