When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Some 7 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Neega never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

After coming to the age of reason, Jabbie took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Banker for hire.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.
