History: He was born into a rich family. Through the years after Paelias was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Paelias's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: 6'2" and muscular, this western woman prefers to wear green pants and tee shirts. Her rusty crest is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her eyes are red.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Barrister hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and she feels kind of lost in life

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Nimble and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He got into the Soapmaker business at a young age. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Mûg was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
