He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. A true patriot, Ellywick would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Her addictions have taken their toll on her wallet, and she has found herself with a great deal of debt owed.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: Born to a Servant, his father struggled to pay the bills. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC.

Personality: Jane speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and to reunite with her absent father

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Scrag was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.
