History: Varis was born the youngest of three triplets. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.

History: She got into the Shepherd business at a young age. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. She now owns her own business.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
