Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Aelar lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bounty Hunter. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and she has decided she is irredeemable

His hair is long and white with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small blue clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Born in the west to a Baker, Oppleby learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has worked as a Baker like his father before him.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: The child of a Ruler, who enjoyed hunting, Cecily was taken on many hunting expeditions. Cecily liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. After a long history of fighting, Cecily and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He bought a sickle and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
