Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Tailor profession.

History: Cecily was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her childhood dream was to be a Tailor, but she was a colossal failure. She tends to her Tanner job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
