Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes orcs are coming to abduct people. A true patriot, Gilkass would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She got into the Mayor business at a young age. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.
