History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Vani alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Half-Elven culture. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Fisher arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Igden was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. Joser enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He got into the Shepherd business at a young age. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Expand his business; and sabotage a competitor

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Oda was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she seems to be bored by most things
