Personality: Valorean speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Painter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Guard. He has achieved small success as a Guard.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to be a locksmith again

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates her frame. She sports a flattop hair cut. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. The war was a terrible time for her, and Theirastra does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Theirastra took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up rapier and armor she uses now. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Body Guard they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Painter, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
