History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He tends to his Gardener job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Rhogar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and revenge
