Description: He is lean but muscular and dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. Sporting a red mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his hazel eyes.
Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is content

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. In her 12th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and she is wracked by social anxiety

Description: She is lean but muscular and wears a grey cloak and cross-gartered green stockings. She has dyed her greying red hair a little too much giving a sharp red color. Her eyes are a pleasant brown.
Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Ella liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and to reunite with her absent mother

Description: This light-skinned female wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat. She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. Her chestnut hair has been sun bleached extensively. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: Mardnab wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Monk, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.
History: Mardnab was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Her childhood dream was to be a Herbalist, but she was a colossal failure. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and to be a herbalist again

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His hair is dark red and curly. His gold eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed green hat.
Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Half-Elven artifacts is his passion; and he is unsatisfied with his job
