History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Barakas was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Barakas abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born in the north. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Odo never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he seems to be bored by most things

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Wiggan has worked very hard to control his curse. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and to prove his worth to the world

History: Leucis hails from a village terrorized by giants. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered giants who tried to eat his hand. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he is unsatisfied with his job
