History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and blue, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy golden hair. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Manfred grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Manfred. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Miller. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Description: She is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing green cape and mantle trimmed with soft red waves gently in the breeze, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 4'9" when asserting herself. Her long blue hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her white eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Server arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Orc companion (her 'brother'). She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears baggy grey pantaloons and a black scarf. His chestnut hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. This gray eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Ulfgar wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Monk, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He tends to his Map Maker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gimurt grew up listening to his father's many stories. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and to reunite with his old friends
