History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. After coming to the age of reason, Arara took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. Through the years after Ownka was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Ownka's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She became a Mayor soon after.
