History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nikki fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Vanchu is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Vanchu lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying south to reunite her family. She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Fisher and was forced into it by his family; and retire the richest man in the north
