History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Courier born in the past three hundred years. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Aasathra was orphaned to a temple shortly after her birth. She was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above herself and to hold her god always in her heart. She tends to her Courier job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and her religion dominates her actions

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his morningstar with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His head has been shaved. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born in the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the west were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: She is a woman of bearing and well nourished. She is dressed in an above average manner. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her eyes are a pleasant gray.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. A true patriot, Abalaba would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was born in the north. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She was granted martial powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and to reunite with her old friends
