Description: This tall, slender man wears a white vest and prefers red and black shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He is bald on top and has large auburn tufts of hair around his ears. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Ortegar's homeland. Ortegar decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: He wears skinny pants and wears a black and white robe with the hood down, and carries morningstars. His chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He has green eyes.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Ûkrom alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: She is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by her earthly robes.. She carries with her a set of falchions, each one with a topaz on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. Her silver hair is knotted and matted. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Miner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Puyet fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and an old rival family wants her found

Description: This man is typically in his Barber uniform, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His hair is short and chestnut. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Az-Bror was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Through the years after Az-Bror was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Az-Bror's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She worked as a nervous Armorer and found it very stressful. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she would like to get married and retire
