History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Serpent was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

History: Born in the south to a Apothecary, Hubert learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and sabotage a competitor

History: He comes from a rich southern family. While he appears to be a normal Tabaxi, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
