History: He was born into a rich family. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: This tall, slender man is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing blue cape and mantle trimmed with soft brown waves gently in the breeze. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy golden hair. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Umpen was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Umpen's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Description: He is a pot bellied western man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He is dressed in an above average manner. His dark red hair is knotted and matted. His eyes are likewise white.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Miner born in the past three hundred years. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Cairn was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Cairn decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He became a Miner soon after.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His silver hair, when down, is lengthy. His black eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Apothecary and occasionally as a mercenary.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Flame grew up listening to her mother's many stories. A gifted student she started as a Merchant, but she got bored and became a Soapmaker. She's also a talented Merchant, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
