Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His hair is always cut to a buzz. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.
History: Veit hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Veit was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he wants revenge against illithids

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears red trousers with white and black striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His white hair is still thick. His blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: Burto was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Aristocrat, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Aristocrat in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shipwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered south to less war torn lands. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
Motivation: To protect her home.

Description: She is an attractive woman, lean and moderately muscular. She is well dressed, constantly wearing a brown suit, black shirt, and red tie. She has dyed her greying silver hair a little too much giving a sharp silver color. Her eyes are brown and catlike.
Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Hadwisa was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Many goblins want her driven away; and someone believes her a fraud

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with brown colored cloaks and clothing. His blonde hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: Born in the west to a Masseuse, Adrik learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and balancing his hectic life and new masseuse responsibilities is difficult
