History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He dropped out of school to support his sick mother, and resented it. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Oriax fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He found a children's book about a Half-Orc Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has worked as a Dilettante like his father before him.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away; and he has money and likes to spend it
