History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Brewer for the past few years.

History: Maiathah lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Morthos was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his writing dream.
