History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Oppleby was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Oppleby's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by a spirit.

His hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is a Mortician first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Ulfgar was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear
