Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she has decided she is irredeemable

History: Marbas lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He got into the Butcher business at a young age. A freak accident while working with his Banker father left him crippled. He has achieved small success as a Butcher.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and wants to open a new tavern

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the south were limited. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Mason arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. After a long history of fighting, Traulam and her spouse have recently divorced.
