His mother taught him the rudiments of the Detective arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He hates Half-Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Raymond and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
