History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Oskar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Oskar. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Server work with an outfit from a few towns over. Server work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.
