History: The child of a Glassblower, who enjoyed hunting, Smoking was taken on many hunting expeditions. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Mercenary profession.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Carlin grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Carlin. After months of barely getting by, Carlin managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing painting.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. She always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Nákra was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He's also a talented Layabout, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he seems to be bored by most things

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
