History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Nala was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Scribe hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Eva grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the south were limited. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Paymon grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Paymon abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
