He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Miner. She tends to her Miner job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Miner responsibilities is difficult; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Tod was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Tod's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: Born in the east to a Masseuse, Virra learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Through the years after Virra was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Virra's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She tends to her Masseuse job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Fortune-teller they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Bellfounder, and she later adopted a second daughter.
