History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and retire the richest man in the north

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is wearing a long, green, dusty cloak. His long chestnut hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His white eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Layabout arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: She wears a black vest and prefers brown and yellow shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her hand crossbow, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a card on it. Her white hair is knotted and matted. Her blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Tagga was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Through the years after Tagga was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east.
